SICOE- Liberia; a non for profit national non-governmental and
independent organization, was founded since 2014. However,
socio-economic issues affecting the youth population
especially are major reasons for the establishment of
“Sustainable Initiative for Community Empowerment
(SICOE-Liberia)”, Community Empowerment represents a true
meaning of our existence that links to our work with
communities, geared towards empowering and sustaining these
communities with little or no support from SICOE or other
national or international organizations.
SICOE-Liberia provides services to women and youth so that
they are able to regain their sanity begin to contribute to
their communities. This domain is focused on the work with
youth in schools, communities and ghettoes to provide
awareness and psychosocial services for youth. SICOE shall
work with community influencers, PTA and private sector to
strengthen guideline on drug abuse and penalization for the
bridge of these policies.

reduction of suffering and the elimination of extreme poverty
affecting women, youth and children in the poorest communities of
Liberia.
Our Mission
Our Mission is to help marginalize women, youth and children living
in extreme poverty achieve major achievements in their lives, which
last and spread without ongoing support from SICOE – Liberia.

communities of women, youth and children through equitable and
